I first came across this book The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles, when I was at a seminar. I read the complete book in just a couple of hours, and I think it is a piece of genius especially since this book was written in 1910. Despite the fact that occasionally the language is a little old fashioned, this book is a wonderful read.
It is packed full of gems of information of how you can use, what’s now known as the Law of Attraction, positive thinking and affirmations to achieve anything that you desire in life.
Wattles, warns of the importance of having complete control over your thoughts, and to focus your mind solely on what you want in order to bring it into your life.
He states that negative thoughts block the process of any good coming your way. Wattles understood that there were certain laws that govern the universe in which we live. He believed one of these laws (The Law of Attraction) controlled the accumulation of wealth and all good things.
Wattles believed that if you followed the principles in his book down to last tiny detail, then without exception, You Too Would Become Rich!
I have to say I love this book, and I have read it many times each time I get something new from it. This I find is the case with all wonderful books. I have used the teachings in this book to bring many good things into my life, not just money. I have used its message to improve my relationships with my family and friends, and even to improve my health and fitness.
