5 Tips on how Gratitude Can Change Your Life.Are you grateful for your life?  Do you wake up in the morning and say “Thank You”?

Believe it or not Gratitude is one of most important ways to get the Law of Attraction working for you.  However, most of us waste this simple gift by waking up in the morning and instead of feeling gratitude, feeling dread about the day that lies ahead.

We allow worry and anxiety to set up our mood for the day, the week or even the year.  So here are my 5 tips on how Gratitude can change your life.

When You Wake Say “Thank You!”

This is so important, many of us wake up and say; “Oh no, not another day!”  Well let’s think about that for a moment.  Do you think not waking up at all would be better?  Now I know if you are feeling down you may fleetingly answer “Yes!” to that last question, but the fact of the matter is that it would not be better.  If you don’t wake up, you don’t have a chance to change your life and make things better for you and your family/friends.

From now on wake up and say “Thank You!”, that you are alive and have been given another chance to do things differently and better.  Think of each new day as a new opportunity in which to transform your life!

 

Enjoy Breakfast.

Many of us go through our day on autopilot, failing to truly connect with our families, friends, co-workers, always rushing around too busy, to just be.  So start feeling Gratitude by enjoying breakfast with your family.  If you live alone, be really present as you eat your breakfast.  You will be surprised at how good the food tastes when you make sure you mind is present when eating it.  Be grateful for the food as it fuels your body so that you are ready for the day ahead.

 

Wear a Smile.

As you head off to work, college or school, put on your brightest smile!  As you smile you will notice more to smile about and be grateful for.  You will even find some people smiling back at you, which will only help improve your mood.  Notice the good around you, I promise you that there is plenty to be grateful for if you take the time to look.  Also wearing a big smile puts your brain in the right frame of mind, to notice all the positive aspects in your life that you can be grateful for.

 

Sharing is Caring.

As you go through your day, look for opportunities to give to others.  That may be donating to charity, buying a friend a cup of coffee, helping out a co-worker, or just paying someone a complement.  When you give, you will feel good about yourself and grateful that you showed kindness and willingness to share your resources’.  Giving feels good for both parties involved, so use it to your benefit and feel the gratitude in giving.

 

Bedtime Thank You.

When it comes to bedtime, go over the events of the day, and feel gratitude for all the good things that are present in your life.  Your family, your friends, your pets, your home, your bed, your health, feel gratitude for as many gifts in your life as you can possibly think of.  As you work at this, you will realise that there are so many things in your life that you can be grateful for.

As you make Gratitude part of your daily life you will be surprised at how the Law of Attraction responds, you will begin to see more and more good appearing in your life.
